In our own design department, the tools are planned according to customer specifications and manufactured after the customer has released the manufacturing documents.
After completion of the tool, initial samples are sent to the customer for inspection. The new tool may only commence series production once the initial samples have been approved by the customer.
We guarantee an application of at least 250,000 units with our tools. The tools are serviced internally after each use and remeasured for inspection. In this way we can guarantee maximum retention of the basic technical geometry for the production of parts.
If our customers provide CAD / CAM files, they can be used directly in our IT – safely and reducing errors.
